- There is also more of a comedic sexual scene with Bill Paxton and 3 severly overweight females, and 1 takes thier panties off to reveal thier butt.
- A nurse corners and grinds against a patient, who is clearly uncomfortable. She later asks him to pay his medical debt with something "other than money" (i.e. sexual favors).
- A character gropes a woman while she repeatedly asks him to stop. After a while of this, she inexplicably kisses him and they start making out.
- One scene has a man discovering a nude dead female in a junkyard. He then procedes to lick the body, including the breasts. It is disturbing.

- A doctor nicks his hand on a scalpel. Not graphic.
- A television plays a Tom & Jerry-esque cartoon, but the animals die very graphic and gory deaths. The mouse is cut in half, and the cat is shot in the head.

- The main character's hospital visits are very upsetting, and the doctor is verbally abusive to him, even blaming him for his condition.
- In one scene, a woman "plays" a line of people with dwarfism by tapping them on the head with a rod. The performance is bizarre and disturbing.

Frightening & Intense Scenes
- The main character mysteriously grows a third arm from the middle of his back, and throughout the movie, he's treated like a freak. Other characters are shocked, disgusted, or try to exploit him, but he's given little sympathy.
- The main character has a nightmare in which a doctor amputates his third arm with a cleaver (offscreen). We only see his face as he screams in agony before waking up.
