- In the hospital scene, when Tom thinks it's a joke, he puts the Doctor's hand on his groin area over his gown.
- In a bedroom scene, a good portion of a woman's bare body is shown but there is no actual nudity.
- A policewoman is patting down a young man. She unsnaps his pants and he turns around to face her. She takes off her hat, letting her long hair tumble down and rips open her blouse, showing him her breasts tucked into her bra.
- A kiss is briefly shown in the film. No nudity is shown the entirety of the movie.
- A man is in a hospital but thinks its all a joke and says a rude joke.
- A man and woman are shown in bed. Nothing graphic is shown though.

- A car crashes and explodes but everyone is out of the car and no one dies.

- In a few scenes the male characters get together to drink illegal home made moonshine. In these scenes the men get drunk to reveal their true feelings towards one another. In a handful of shots there is some mild violence that is partly caused by the characters being drunk. Alcohol is a part of the story when the men are off the race track. There is an inference to misusing over the counter pain medication as well.
