- A man and a woman undress and start to kiss, and one of the woman's breasts is visible through her shirt.
- A woman takes a shower behind a curtain, gets out and puts on a bathrobe, but gets attacked and lose the robe; her breasts and buttocks are briefly visible. Her natural pubic hair is seen in a mirror.
- Young woman in underwear only tries to seduce her teacher. No nudity.
- A pair of robbers take away a girl at gunpoint and drag her to an alleyway, they indicate they plan to sexually assault her and drug her saying it will make it easier. They are stopped as one of the men is removing his jacket.
- One of the films with the least nudity in the franchise.
- A teenage girl takes off her robe in front of her teacher and starts to make out with him while another student films them. She starts kissing him and they both make out on the bed. The teacher then gets agitated and leaves.

- A man is stabbed with a speargun; some blood is shown on the spear gun and on his hands afterwards as he smears them across a boat window.
- A woman is stabbed with a speargun's spear in a menacingly slow way as she screams and cries with fake looking blood spurts at the end.
- A woman is bashed over the head with a guitar, offscreen, some comically over-the-top blood splatter is shown. Later, her corpse is seen, with a big open wound in her skull.
- A sauna's hot rock is slammed into a man's chest, violently crushing it, and his upper body is seen covered in blood with a gory hole in his chest.
- A man's head is violently slammed against a metal pipe and killed.
- A man's head is decapitated with one punch, and the head falls down into a garbage can. Later, the head is seen in a police car.
- A man is thrown from a second story window, and then forcibly drowned in toxic waste.
- A man is picked up and his body is violently slammed against a wall.
- A man, seen in shadow, gets killed with a tool, and blood splatters on a wall.
- A man is stabbed in the back with a harpoon several times. This is shown through a window and no blood is shown and the scene is silent.
- A man is stabbed in the back and killed, offscreen, and his corpse is seen with the weapon stuck in his back.
- A man's throat is slit with a machete. Limited blood is shown and later on his body is shown in shadow with only a small pool of blood visible.
- A woman is killed offscreen with a piece of broken mirror, her bloodied corpse is seen later and this kill is probably the most disturbing in the movie.
- A woman is strangled to death with the killer's bare hands. Her lifeless body is then thrown onto the ground rather disturbingly.
- A man is shot in the chest and killed. A rather gruesome and gory wound is seen for a couple of seconds through a black and white camera lens.
- A man gets badly electrocuted and catches on fire. We see a closeup of his hand twitching as he dies.
- A man falls on metal weather vane spikes and gets impaled pretty violently with some blood shown.
- A man is seen dying with an axe lodged in his back rather bizarrely with the wound seen for a second with blood around the axe.
- A man is violently stabbed in the back with a needle as he attempts to rape a woman. The needle goes through his stomach in an extreme closeup very graphically. Scene is very disturbing and explicit.

- A couple of scenes have child Jason's ghost attempt to pull a character down whilst underwater.
- Jason's face is shown and may be frightening to some people. After Jason has toxic waste thrown at him, he makes a scary sound.

- There is a sex scene in the opening scene. First they are seen making out while the boy is taking the girls shirt off. Eventually they are both shirtless and in their underwear. Later he starts to take her underwear off and rear and partial full frontal nudity is seen. At the end they are both completely naked while thrusting and moaning pleasurably on a bed.
