A Classic '80s Hong Kong Film
ebiros225 February 2013
This is one of the gem of Hong Kong movies that were made in the late '80s. In the late '80s to early '90s, quality of Hong Kong movies were skyrocketing thanks to talented actors who were starting to flood the market..

Three girls work as hostesses in an up scale Hong Kong night club. Each has reason to earn money in this way. With triad influences, and club's policy to go to bed with clients, their life is not exactly smooth sailing. But they stick together, and support each other through their friendship.

What the attraction of this movie is that the three girls happens to be none other than Carol Cheng, Maggie Chung, and Cherie Chung - three of the most talented actress of the time. They look stunningly good on this movie too.

Supporting casts were really good in this movie too. They were believable as who they portrayed. Without their contrasting performances, the movie wouldn't have been as good.

This is a beautiful movie, and I love the way casts put in their performances. The movie's message is still valid today, and the movie still looks beautiful today. One of the classics from the '80s Hong Kong that I'm sure will hold its place in the future.
