Sex & Nudity

Topless female zombie (not much detail) dances on a tree. It is done through stop-motion animation, though.

Violence & Gore

Extreme violence throughout.

Ash splits Lindaīs head with a chainsaw, the camera goes off-screen but it could be very scary to some people.

Ash shoots his hand with a shotgun and almost getīs drained by blood.

A man getīs chopped up with an axe, but the blood is green.

A old womans eye pop out and flies into a womanīs mouth in one scene, xD Later she getīs her arms and head sawed off and then Ash blows her head into pieces.

A man gets a dagger in the heart.

A man gets dragged down in the cellar and an enormous and ridiculous amount of blood starts flying out.

A monster gets sawed in the eye, we see blue blood.

A monster get its head blown off.

Some of the deadite blood is not red, but is green, blue, or black.

Ash cuts his hand off with a chainsaw, you see blood splatter onto his face.

Most of the violence in Evil Dead II is of a comedic nature, but is very graphic all the same.

Profanity

Mild. A couple of "son of a b" words, minor hell and damns, and a use, or probably two uses of "bastard".

Ash goes to get some champagne but it is not drunk.

Ash and all the appliances-a deer head, lights, book, tables, etc. all begin laughing hysterically.

Some might find the film's aim at dark comedy a bit disturbing, such as a scene where the female zombie starts dancing.

There is a ridiculous amount of blood spraying in some parts.
