This is possibly one of the saddest films I have ever seen. I've seen a lot of French stuff, and this is possibly my favorite, along with all the Marcel Pagnol stuff (i.e Jean de Florette) and Amelie, of course. Very good work. I came to really love the characters. Warning: This movie could make you very upset. But you'll be glad you saw it.
