I finally found out the name of this syndicated show that I used to watch while getting ready for school. I can't believe Burt Reynolds voiced the father in it. I really enjoyed the show and I am trying to find it on video. It was about a girl who lived on earth and was half alien. She had three different powers but I can only remember her being able to stop time and set up situations...
