• When the group of kids enter the police station, Cort has his headphones around his neck, then a few shots later, he takes them off his ears.
  
  
• When Jason kills Lizabeth, his feet are first on either side of her head, but in the next shot, his feet are together.
  
  
• Jason kills Burt and takes his belt, but the belt appears around Jason's waist before he has the chance to put it on. [full-screen only]
  
  

• Cort's shirt rolls itself down inside the motorhome.
  
  
• As Cort is driving the motorhome, everything inside is moving back and forth, including a framed picture behind Cort. But as Jason pulls Nikki into the bathroom, the frame stops moving, then starts moving again after Jason kills Nikki.
  
  
• All of the motor home's lights are on when Cort is driving, but after Jason kills them both, just before the motor home crashes, it is completely dark inside.
  
  
• Officer Pappas reports Megan's license plate number even though she is driving backwards and there is no license plate on the front.
  
  
• Cort turns up the Alice Cooper song, but the volume remains the same.
  
  
• Jason is visible in the bottom left of the window when Sissy pours the soda out. He's bent over and waiting to jump up and grab her.
  
  
• Darren only gets one shot off before Jason kills him. But later, when Roy shoots Jason with the paint-ball gun, he already has several fresh bullet holes in his chest.
  
  
• When Deputy Cologne comes in to the station, he is supposedly bringing in some take-out food. When he has to deal with Tommy and the boxes hit the ground, they sound like they are empty foam boxes.
  
  
• When the sheriff shoots Jason with the shotgun the first time, the cable that pulls Jason back is visible.
  
  
• When Sherrif Garris first encounters Jason he shoots Jason in the mask and after his head snaps back a hole can clearly be seen. During Jason's struggle with Tommy then Megan the hole keeps disappearing and re-appearing. In part 7 its gone altogether.
  
  
• When the sheriff first shoots him in the head at the camp after running out of shotgun bullets, you see a hole from the bullet hole in his mask next to his left eye. Once under water in the final scene, the hole is gone.
  
  
• In the coffin, a maggot falls straight down off Jason, even though he is supposedly lying down. Additionally, the maggots appear and disappear between shots.
  
  
• After Cort and Paula bring their groceries from the truck, their reflection can be seen in the side panel as they walk past the camera and sit down, waiting for the scene to end.
  
  
• After the triple decapitation of the three paintball players, you can see the mat on the ground on which their corpses fall.
  
  
• During both the police chase scene and the scene where Jason stops the two in the road, the scene changes from nighttime to daytime and back again.
  
  
• Jason's machete disappears from his hand as he walks after Steven through the woods.
  
  
• The amount of blood on the machete and the position the little girl is holding it change as she shows it to Paula.
  
  
• Jason's eye color changes; it is brown at the beginning of the film, blue when he is hit by the propeller, then brown for the last shot of him.
  
  
• The propeller damage to Jason changes between shots.
  
  
• In many shots of Crystal Lake from the shore, the water is always murky and brown, yet underwater, it is clear, well-lit, and blue.
  
  
• Near the end of the film, when Tommy and Megan are driving towards the camp, a shot is reused from the earlier police chase scene. You can tell by the reflection of the red police lights in the trees.
  
  
• In the triple decapitation, the cord that pulls the bodies back is visible. [full-screen only]
  
  
• Before the motor home flips over there's a wire on top of it.
  
  
• Jason crushes Nikki's face into the side panel of the motorhome on the driver's side, but that disappears in the next shot when the motorhome flips over onto the driver's side.
  
  
• Megan's character changes clothes three times in the first three scenes, even though the scenes take place all on the same morning.
  
  
• When the survivalist Roy first trips, he drops his paint-ball gun and it hits the ground, but the next shot shows a close up of the gun flying through the air again.
  
  
• Tommy throws the hockey mask into Jason's grave, yet Jason picks it up off the ground after being resurrected.
  
  
• In the scene where Tom Fridley (Cort) is driving the motor home, you see Jason pulling out a knife. Once he kills Cort you can see that the knife is rubber.
  
  
• Tommy Jarvis pours the gas on two sides of the boat, yet when he throws the match into the water the fire circles around the boat.
  
  
• In the previous films Jason's hockey mask had a red chevron marking on the forehead. By the end of Part 4 the marking had mostly rubbed off. In this film there is a complete red marking, but it is a triangle rather than a chevron shape.
  
  
• In the previous films Jason had a misshapen and asymmetrical face. His left eye was normal but his right eye was bulging and "dead" looking. In this film he has no left eye (as a result of his injury at the end of Part 4) and his right eye appears perfectly normal.
