Jeannie Conway : [doorbell chimes, she opens door] Hello?
Harry Pringle : Hello. I'm looking for my daughter. I'm from next door. Did she come here?

[comes hurrying down the stairs, Paul following]
Samantha Pringle : It's all right. We were studying. We were just studying.
Harry Pringle : You didn't say anything about going out.
Samantha Pringle : You were sleeping. I didn't think you'd mind.
Harry Pringle : [enters, grabs her] Why don't you tell these people you're sorry for bothering them?
Jeannie Conway : Oh, but she wasn't...

[leads his daughter away]

[BB growls]

[hurries inside the house where her father waits]

Harry Pringle : [Harry grabs her from behind] Where have you been?
[he slaps her]
Sam : I was studying Daddy, I had homework.
Harry Pringle : You lying little bitch!
[he hits her and she falls down the stairs and hits her head]
Harry Pringle : Okay, come on, now. None of this shit. You get the hell up. Samantha. I'm not joking. You wanna know what real trouble is? I mean it. You get the hell up and get in your room.
