At one point in the film, Derna comments that the lasers are pointless because "How are you going to kill something that big? That gun wouldn't even kill the little beast". In the next scene, she dies because they are running from the T-rex and she decides to turn back to rescue the laser.
After Chuck (Chuck Pennington) kills the small bipedal dinosaur, he calls Derna (Derna Wylde) by the name of 'Karen'.
The Tyrannosaurus' cave in the film changes shape depending on the shot.
As Cindy prepares to swim, she shows the tan lines from a different bikini - quite unrealistic being to the beach if your crew just emerged from subspace.
A character in the film says he has to get back to work setting up some reflectors so they can send out a signal. Reflectors cannot send a signal; all they can do is reflect, hence the name.
Several buildings can be seen in the background of one walking scene on the film's titular planet.
Harvey is very obviously a clay figure at the top of he cliff when he's impaled by the triceratops' horn.
The laser props in the film appear to be made out of large electric drills or paint mixers.
Cindy starts screaming as she is being attacked by the lake monster, but then she can be heard even under the surface of the water.
Early in the film, the camera makes a point of showing the nurse drop the one scientific instrument that can determine what is safe to eat. This plot element is never referenced again. When they all get drunk on fermented berry juice, they do so with no way of knowing if it is safe to drink. Later, they kill a small bipedal dinosaur and a character mentions that they ate it (off-screen). Actually, it is very unlikely that a life form on another planet could supply the nutrients necessary to sustain a human.
During the reactor incident Louie Lawless sits in the escape pod, calling Cpt Forsythe to Bridge. Seconds later the pod ejects. What's the point in calling someone to Bridge when sitting in an escape pod? Also, later it turns out he is Forsythe himself. Looks like they cut down the intro or swapped roles and didn't fix this dialog.
