Today around 1 p.m., a man entered the Silver Spring, Maryland, headquarters of the Discovery Channel. The man was possibly armed, and is believed to have taken a “small number of hostages,” according to The Washington Post. Law enforcement authorities and employees of the network believe the suspect is James J. Lee, a 43-year-old environmental activist of sorts. The New York Times reports that Lee is also the proprietor of the strange and angry Web site called SaveThePlanetProtest.com.
