- An angle shot of a dismembered torso placed on a morgue table shows a direct shot of male genitalia grazing the side of the table as the remains are arranged.
- A naked teenage girl is found hanged from the ceiling of an attic space. I is later stated she had traces of semen in her mouth, vagina, and rectum.
- A teenage girl is standing in front of a mirror while dressing herself. We see both her breasts, from the viewpoint of the camera as well as in her reflection. She is hit by another female character as she makes an upsetting remark.
- There is much graphic talk about promiscuity, teenage sex, and prostitution.
- A tape recording details dialogue during a sexual exchange between underage girls and older men. Much material implies rape and other sexual violence, with especially distressing and graphic audio.
- The entire film centers around an investigation into a prostitution ring that traffics teenage schoolgirls, which is what the murders of the film are surrounded by.

- Graphic shots of a dismembered man being arranged in pieces on a morgue table. A cover is later lifted for a woman to identify him, which results in her screaming in horror.
- A police officer's hand is chopped off when he tries to flick a light switch. The hand is obviously prosthetic, but there's a lot of blood effects.
- A woman is pounced by a killer dressed in leathers and a motorcycle helmet, threatened with a cleaver and with being dismembered.
- A bathroom where a murder was committed is almost completely splashed and stained with blood.
- A woman screams in horror as the killer sneaks up behind a police officer in a parking garage, then hacks his shoulder with a meat cleaver. The killer then chases the woman through the garage, but she escapes. This is a melodramatic scene with no graphic effects, but it's intended as distressing.
