- Lots of full frontal female and male nudity. The main character is a female leader of a Nazi prison camp who is looking for a man that is able to sexually satisfy her. If a man she sleeps with isn't up to par she castrates them.
- *IIsa urinates on another Nazi officer who has a sexual fetish. We hear the sound of her urinating.
Violence & Gore

- Many people are shot and sexually tortured with bloody results. Since its a low budget 70's exploitation film the blood and gore look extremely fake.
- A man is castrated but only his screams of pain are shown and blood is shown trickling down the medical table. Not that bad.
- Many woman are tortured violently and sexually by Ilsa.
- A persons open wound is shown, it looks very infected and has maggots crawling all over it. Graphic but looks corny.

- The whole movie is graphic and violent but because of the budget the blood and gore look very unrealistic. Still not for the faint of heart or somebody who might get offended by violence, extreme sexual content or Nazis.

- During the final breakout IIsa is tied down to a bed after being seduced. She is approached by another Nazi officer who shoots her and we see her head explode. The scene is graphic but looks very fake.
