The story revolves around a Young Boy and a Teenage Girl that become stranded in the desert after their father goes mad and attempts to kill them. Eventually he takes his own life, burning their vehicle and shooting himself in the head. Now stranded alone, the Young Boy and Teenage Girl wander aimlessly throughout the desert until being rescued by an Aboriginal Boy who, while on a Walkabout, goes on to provide them with food and water. As the trio venture further throughout the lands, communication fails to improve as sexual tensions rise between the Aboriginal Boy and the Teenage Girl.
