Sex & Nudity

- While this film is not a hentai there is a lot of nudity. Probably a good hour worth of female nudity.
- The nudity takes on different tones throughout sometimes being comedic, sometimes artistic, sometimes completely non-sexual, and other times very sexualized.
- A man is transported into the body of a leopard, he is constantly shown to be aroused by the women around him including Cleopatra and is shown panting heavily often. At one point he licks a women breast and at another he humps a bag an women is hiding in.
- A women's outfit shows off her breasts no matter what scene she is in. Occasionally a character will notice this.
- There are 4 sex scenes throughout the movie.
- The first sex scene is a bizarre scene in which to white figures embrace. The figures are headless and and the whole thing is very surreal. No penetration or genitalia are shown but the figures do do some sexual motions.
- The second sex scene is much more straight forward, Cleopatra and Caesar have sex in a tub no explicit penetration or genitals are shown on screen but we know what is happening.
- The third sex scene is the most explicit Cleaopatra and Antony have sex on a bed, we see thrusting but no penetration or genitalia, occasionally the "film" cuts out but then it resumes. This is the shortest of all the scenes.
- The forth sex scene is a lesbian scene, it is depicted as a artistic nude picture of a women being mirrored and then pushed against itself, Cleopatra moans in the background of this one.
- A couple of humorous sexual jokes.
- Some classic fine art is shown such as The Birth of Venus, some originally non-nude classic art is shown as nude such as Mona Lisa being shown as naked.
- A man molds Cleopatra's body into the most beautiful Egyptian women imaginable. He makes her more shapely and we see he makes her breasts more appealing.
- The male leopard was forced to have sex with a female one (offscreen, but later shows their kittens).
- A woman is tied down to the floor and her clothes are ripped off. Men are lined up to have sex with her, but another character stops this before anything happens.
Violence & Gore

- Surprisingly bloody, lots of people get stabbed and die.
- A man shoots a giant twice in a gladiator fight, blood is shown.
- Some scenes with ships blowing up.
- Some scenes include dark cartoon violence: When Egypt is invaded, a civilian and a donkey are decapited - bloodless. A crusher is shown crushing a regiment of soldiers over and over - bloodless.

- Julius Caesar drinks poison in order to cure his insanity.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The movie keeps a comedic tone throughout, while the battle scenes could be a little gory there is not that much sense of threat.
