- There's no female nudity in this movie, there are a couple scenes where Girly is topless but her hair is strategically placed to cover her breasts completely.
- Girly, Nanny and Mumsy all have sex with the guy they invite home, and then they begin feuding.
- In one scene, Girly wears a revealing child's dress and frilly panties.
- Sonny kisses Girly on the cheek. It is unclear whether Sonny and Girl are really siblings or if they're just role-playing, but incest is implied.
- Girly screams "nut" and kicks Sonny in the crotch.
- A woman hires a male prostitute.
Violence & Gore

- Sonny films people being killed on his beloved super 8 camera so that his family can enjoy the snuff films later on. Halfway through the movie, Girly becomes sad about the snuff films and has a moment of sanity, but Mumsy sternly tells her to "enjoy the lovely home video".
- A man's head is chopped off.
- Sonny pushes a woman off a slide.
- Girly tells a man that if he doesn't follow the rules, he'll be "sent to the angels".
- A man is chased around in a game of Cowboys and Indians where the arrows being shot are real.
- Girly kills Sonny by whooping him in the head with a doll.
- Girly kills Nanny and sings a rhyme about it: "Nasty Nanny, she's no good - chop her up for firewood - when she's dead, boil her head - bake it into gingerbread!"
- Girly plays pool with a man and threatens him as she knocks the heads off dolls with pool balls.
- It is implied that Mumsy, who has no husband, went crazy and raised her two children to be psychotics with the mentality of a junior-high-aged kid. Nanny supposedly helped her to raise her kids.
- A man becomes deranged after joining the family and, upon hearing Mumsy and Girly's plans to do away with him, plots to murder them both in their sleep.
- Girly makes a man drink castor oil.

- 2 uses of 'Bleeding' 2 uses of 'Bloody' 1 use of 'Sod' and 1 use of 'Bastard'
- Not much, the few swear words are nothing you wouldn't see in a PG-13 movie in the 21st century. The real thing to be wary of in this film is the sexual innuendo, there's a lot of it.

- A man is offered whiskey by Girly.
- It's implied that the whole "family" is on drugs, which is party to blame for their deranged games.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- This film isn't very scary, it's more of a black comedy than anything else. One could compare it to films such as American Gothic (1988) and Running With Scissors (2006).
- The murder scenes are mostly offscreen but are still somewhat disturbing.
- There's a lot of offscreen and implied sex in the film.
- The idea of two adults dressing as young children, and of adult men finding them sexually attractive, may upset some viewers.
- The snuff films might upset some viewers, though they're intended to be funny they're rather morbid.
