  • Some the characters smoke cigirettes and drink brandy, however it should be taken into consideration that the film was made in the 60's when the laws were different

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • This is more tame than Thunderbirds are go.
  • There is a very infamous moment in the beginning of the film where several of the puppet characters laugh hysterically with the camera cutting between and zooming in on the characters, the scene has freaked many people out and it could be described as nightmarish. However, after this one scene, it does tame down a LOT!

Violence & Gore

  • There's no blood in the film, but the villians shoot and kill the crew and later throw the bodies overboard, later the villians are killed themselves. Sylvia Anderson clames in the comantary that on-one is killed, rather "very badly stunned" even if this is the case there is no surviving the falls that the crew and villians take.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • There are three scenes that involves characters getting shot which is a suprising and unexpected angle to be taken be the creators. There is also high amounts of peril in the final scenes when Skyship One gets stuck on a pylon over a missle base and when the Tiger Moth's throttle gets stuck
