• Continuity: During the car chase, the milk van drops half of its cargo in a sharp turn. Later on, when the van passes the camera, the van is fully loaded again.
  
  
• Continuity: When Dr. Noah is explaining how his atom-bomb pill works, a gun disappears in the time it takes him to open the cupboard.
  
  
• Revealing mistakes: When the pod from the flying saucer "drives" up out of the water in the underground dock, the cable pulling it is plainly visible near the bottom of the screen.
  
  

• Revealing mistakes: Obvious strings suspending one of the exploding ducks that Bond is shooting at.
  
  
• Errors made by characters (possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): When Bond throws down the Chinese girl during his anti-female training, he ends the conflict by saying "Sayonara", which is actually Japanese.

• Plot holes: After Vesper is kidnapped outside the casino, James Bond (Evelyn Tremble) enters his Lotus Formula 3 to find her, but in the next film shot, Bond-Tremble is in Le Chiffre's psychological torture room. How was Bond caught?
  
  
• Continuity: The giant oval-shaped window gets blown completely out, with no glass remaining. It cuts away to another shot, and then cuts back and you can see there are shards of glass still in the window.
  
  

• Continuity: SPOILER: Miss Goodthighs (Jacqueline Bisset) appears in the casino after having been killed by Vesper Lynd (Ursula Andress): "I took care of her".
