Rozanov : [in Russian, subtitled] The policeman says you are under arrest.
Captain : [laughs loudly, speaking in Russian, subtitled] Tell him that I'm going to blow this town to pieces!
Link Mattocks : [to Rozanov] What did he say?
Rozanov : Well, he's angry, yes. He says, "you stupid idiot," he will blow up the town.

Rozanov : [translating in Russian] He wants our address.
Captain : [to the Russian sailors, in Russian] Point your gun... take aim right between their eyes!

Fendall Hawkins : [after the Russians in the boat eluded capture] I'm holding you responsible!
Fendall Hawkins : [drawing his sword] As Commander of the Civilian Forces, in this emergency! I'm charging you with treaso!
Link Mattocks : Gimme that thing!
[Mattocks grabs Hawkins' sword and breaks it in half]
Fendall Hawkins : [half tearful, half enraged] That's a Dexter F. Meadows Memorial Sword.
Link Mattocks : Yeah.
Fendall Hawkins : [enraged] You traitorous fink!
[Hawkins goes for Mattocks, resulting in a brawl]

Link Mattocks : [to the Russian Captain] You come in here, scaring people half to death. you steal cars and motorboats, and you cause damage to private property and you threaten the whole community with grievous bodily harm and maybe murder. Now, we ain't going to take any more of that, see? We may be scared, but maybe we ain't so scared as you think we are, see? Now you say you're going to blow up the town, huh? Well, I say, all right! You start shooting, and see what happens!
