In this James Bond film, the evil S.P.E.C.T.R.E. organisation plans to steal a Lektor Decoding machine from the Russians by using a member of the Russian Cryptograph Section in Turkey and the British Secret Service. James Bond (agent 007) is sent to Istanbul in Turkey.
"From Russia with Love" the 2nd James Bond film is quite different from the first film "Dr No", but I still like a lot it because I think it is good to try new things in a Bond film, and it doesn't get too close to the first film. I also like the way the film focuses on the story and not too much on the action. The train scenes are also great in the film because you always know that something big is going to happen, in this case the famous intense fight between James Bond and Red Grant.
Another very important element in the film is the mysterious character only known as "Number One", head of the evil S.P.E.C.T.R.E. organisation, you can't see his face and he is always stroking his fury white cat, I like this character because of the way he is depicted as the evil head of his organisation always trying to stop James Bond even though they don't meet face-to-face until sometime later in the series.
Overall, a great James Bond film, and this is definitely one of the best in the series. I would definitely recommend this Bond film.
