This site has a trivia comment section. For this film it states that Bernard Cribbens gets a credit but does not appear. I don't know what version of the film was released but Cribbens certainly appeared in the showing on TV this Christmas 2004. It was a brief appearance when the small boats were preparing to move down the coast to Sheerness. Cribbens is shown as a merchant or local fisherman aboard a small boat. Cribbens had one (slightly humorous?)line. Also, the bridge that is blown up is Teston bridge near Maidstone. But is Allington lock another location used ? I would be interested to learn if it was. Allington is not mentioned on this site.
