Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • some drinking and drunken behavior.
  • A scene showing two people(Ralph Bellamy and Marie McDonald) who are drunk and who were driving drunk Bellamy is shown drinking himself to sleep in a few scenes.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • From a child's point of view, there are several scenes which might prove scary, such as Baxter screaming when she thinks a bird is loose in her room. Overall, this is not a film for children because the central plot revolves around adultery and psychological illness. Children would not understand these issues and probably be bored.
