Warner uses "The Common Cootie" to warn us about the Coming of Secretary of Ill-Health Tom "The Price" is Wrong. The housefly spying on us with millions of eyes signifies Putin's Eye in America's skies, KKK Grand Wizard Beauregard Sessions. The dimmed firefly who sent all the funds on hand to pay the electric bill to Putin's Oligarchs in Russia is surely U.S. Treasury Looter-in-Chief Steve Mnuchin, while the pair of caterpillars shaking hands with each other surely represent the rampant Rump\Kushner Crime Syndicate Family Nepotism plaguing the Putin Administration. The final insect, a bellowing spider with a grating voice, man-handling a defenseless female, constitutes a spot-on send up of Putin's puppet himself, self-confessed U.S. Serial-Finger-Rapist-in-Chief, Don Juan Rump!
