When Chief Rain in the Puss and the Governor vow to make peace, the Chief's right arm is extended straight up, but in the following shot, the Chief's forearm is at right angles to the horizontal upper arm.
After Curly accidentally throws the bucket of water onto the unconscious Indians, he drops the bucket. Suddenly, the bucket has no bottom as you can see right through it.
When the Stooges knock out all the Indians around the tree they are scattered all around the tree.
When Curly runs with the bucket of water and accidentally splashes the Indians the Indians are now all conveniently grouped together on the ground.
When the Stooges bow before the governor's daughters they bump heads. Larry's head doesn't touch Moe's or Curly's yet he reacts in pain anyway.
At 15:46 when Moe drags off the unconscious Native American, the leg of the unconscious man raises up to push-start Moe dragging him off.
When the bucket of water is thrown on the unconscious Native Americans and wakes them up, the wig on one of the tribesmen falls off. The actor quickly readjusts it.
At 2:11 when the judge slams his gavel, the top of it accidentally breaks and flies off. Larry Fine can be seen almost starting to laugh as he watches the broken piece land on the floor, before quickly regaining his composure and continuing the scene as normal.
(at 12:41 min) Moe says "'Tis a hornets nest" when he puts the nest on the swinging branch, but his lips do not move when he says it - a voiceover in case the viewer doesn't realize the object is a bee's nest.
Initially the Stooges wear 18th Century three-pointed hats in the court scene, but when they arrive in the New World they are attired in appropriate 17th Century Puritan hats and costumes.
As they're getting into the canoe, Moe can be hard saying "Maketh haste, quince-head!", but his mouth shows him saying "Come on!"
Moe launches a log at the approaching Indians, but it drops a bit short of the target, causing one of the Indians to drop his head and lean forward to make contact with the incoming projectile.
