At breakfast, Fields takes several bites from a piece of burnt toast. In the next shot the toast is shown in its original uneaten condition.
Fields falls to the bottom of his cellar stairs ending up sitting on a revolver. He removes and raises the revolver with his right hand and switches it to his left hand. In the next shot the revolver is back in his right hand.
Mother-in-law Cordelia says "Well he's a fiend, a wool in sheep's clothing" ... Leona Wolfinger immediately catching the error says "What?" and immediately Cordelia corrects herself "A wolf in sheep's clothing ..." and the scene continues as if no error occurs; a great recovery.
Ambrose's daughter urges him to ask his boss for the afternoon off so that he can go to the wrestling match. But she knows that he had bought a ticket, so he must have done this already, or been planning to.
Ambrose's boss asks him for information on a client which no one has been able to find. Ambrose recites a lot of facts. Then the client comes in, and the boss talks to him, referring to these facts, and glancing at a paper on his desk on which they are listed.
When Mr. Peabody looks up Ambrose Wolfinger in the phone book, he opens the book to the middle. A name beginning with "W" would be towards the end.
