Then they walk to Stokes Croft , a neighborhood recovered by the artists (a lot of urban art).After that Sacha travels to the Burrow Hill Cider and the Somerset cider brandy company: Jan receives her and shows her how they distillate the cider: they walk through an apple-tree orchard (40 varieties) and arrives at the cellar where they taste a ten years old Somerset cider brandy..Later Sacha is in the Partridge Arms Farm with its licensed accommodation: on the morning she takes breakfast , speaks with Tim Miltion and Rex Milton about the farm:they go to the stable of the sheep and then they are with the Aberdeen-Angus cattle (the veterinarian has come to detect cases of tuberculosis.After that Sacha travels to Brixham and goes to the fish market: the fishermen have brought their best fresh fishes and the auctioneer is organizing the selling of the fishes.Later Sacha is at the Eden Project (the complex is dominated by two huge enclosures consisting of adjoining domes that house thousands of plant species and each enclosure emulates a natural biome): the horticulturist Hettie Ninnis explains her story and the aims of the Eden Project (environmental education) and then Sacha goes on an air balloon to see the canopy of the trees.Later Sacha arrives at Trelowarren and meets the baron Ferrers Vyvyan who manages the manor of his family (guesthouse, events like weddings): some buildings have been restored,but there is still a lot of work to do: the lord explains that Robert of Normandy (1027) was the ancestor of his family.On the next day Sacha travels with the lord to St-Michael's Mount: at low tide they can walk to the place: they are received by James St Aubyn, the owner of the place who explains that both St Michael's Mount and the "Mont Saint-Michel" in France have a similar story (Benedictine monks, island connected to coast at low tide).When Sacha and the lord finished the visit, the tide is high and they must take a boat to join the coast. Besides we see zooms about the English cuisine (the English pies, the making of traditional cheddar, the fish and chips), about the story of Bristol and of the counterculture (Jamaican musician, the Bristol sound). about Glastonbury (the legend of King Arthur, the druids and druidesses, the cult to the nature, the sacred tree), about Freddie Parker , the sheep breeder and also herding dog trainer, about the surfing in the Devon and about the Scilly Islands (the horticulturists, the Hicks family)
