Then he sends his goon (Linders) to kill Terry, but Linders gets shot instead. With police after him, Terry seeks shelter in Della's apartment. When Della learns that Shelton, a man who spurned her, was behind the raid, she promises to run away with Terry, if he'll confront boss at gun-point to get the rest of the loot.
- John Mannering does a deal with a crooked insurance agent in order to recover an Aztec mask worth a hundred thousand pounds from an ex-convict,Mark Seldon. However, Seldon's old gang boss wants the mask for himself and threatens Seldon's daughter Anne as his security. Mannering now has to recover the mask by saving Anne.
- Surgeon John Hallam has perfected an 'invisible man', a device which is transplanted into the ear and 'tells' people to obey instructions. He uses it on banker Sir Frederick Howard, telling him to melt down thirty million dollars' worth of gold from the City of London. Howard is evasive with the Nemesis agents and is later killed, having served his purpose. Hallam and accomplice Sumner transport the gold to the continent. The pursuing Craig gets captured by them and wakes up at a roadside in Holland. He has an 'invisible man' implanted in him and he has to obey its instructions...
- Arthur is organizing the limousine for his niece Trina's wedding with Terry as the chauffeur. To Terry's annoyance Arthur decides they must use the car to get rid of a load of pornographic magazines he has bought believing them to be books. The owner of the magazines and a corrupt policeman out to blackmail Arthur give chase.
- Brett and Danny accidentally come across the crash site of an aircraft, and with it, a low-cost, high-grade synthetic fuel formula, which attracts a parade of oil tycoons and "considerate" daughters, all claiming the formula.

Jeff is their prisoner but fortunately Marty has found a local lady who can see and hear him - in order for him to effect a rescue.

They end up on the edge of cliffs where, exactly a year earlier, they had had the showdown resulting in Jansen's arrest.
