- Tom Cavalcante and Clarice Falcão welcome the comedians, who for the first time meet their opponents. Nany People, Thiago Ventura, Bruna Louise, Estevam Nabote, Diogo Defante, Marlei Cevada, Igor Guimarães, Flávia Reis, Noemia Oliveira and Yuri Marçal are in the competition. Tom explains that it will be a 6-hour battle with two goals: not to laugh and to make others laugh. Tom and Clarice will watch the game from the control room, where there are more than 40 cameras available to catch the slightest smile. If they laugh once, Tom shows the yellow card, and if they laugh a second time, they are shown the red card and are out. In addition, the first person who makes someone laugh wins the "Brazilian Way" necklace, which gives them a special power. With the countdown starting on the clock, each player starts showing off their comic weapons while fighting the urge to laugh. After a very nervous start, Tom and Clarice have no doubts: someone laughed and the first game card will be shown.
- Making a person laugh is good. But making three people laugh at the same time is awesome. And in LOL, that means the game is burning and someone did really well with a comic withering attack that hit more than one player at once. And there are plenty of performances and suspicious characters: a van driver, a cheeky bald man and an injured chicken. All of them trying to surprise and disarm opponents with special and unexpected numbers. The problem is that the more you try to make someone laugh, the more you are desperate to laugh. And after the first yellow card is shown, at any moment, someone can leave the game.
- Half of the game has flown by and there are people who, apparently, don't laugh even underwater. After three hours of competition, they don't feel the fatigue and go to war with their characters. Noemia Oliveira bets big with her 'Tube man', Igor Guimarães goes deep with his Diver and Thiago Ventura features a fearful and friendless Spartan. Tom and Clarice also have a few comic cards up their sleeves to tease them and will leave them on the verge of a fit of laughter with a game full of strange objects. Still, these comedy workers don't give up fighting, even when they fall into the worst comic trap there is: laughing at themselves.
- With just under two hours to go, the red cards keep coming out and some of our warriors of joy are still trying to stay alive in the game. But in LOL, this is how it works: if you don't laugh, laughter will come to you. That's why Tom Cavalcante and Clarice Falcão suggest a game with the most stupid deaths in cinema and a hot thigh-high for them to seduce each other in ridiculous dances. The tireless Flávia Reis takes another character out of her sleeve with her Old Woman of the Apocalypse and Igor Guimarães shows his true 'wigs'. There's also Thiago Ventura with a superhero featuring a "wrong color" and a surprise that can catch everyone off their tracks.
- Time is running out and the end is near. Four very strong players still resist, but it's going to be very difficult to hold back laughter in these last minutes of the game. Fatigue kicks in, one of them gets distracted and laughs at himself. Three comedians continue, and laughter moves closer and closer when an on-set invasion and an irresistible parody of cinema's most beloved lion could break them for good. Inside the Loser's Room, expectations are so high to know who will win the show that they even make a betting pool. Meanwhile, Tom Cavalcante and Clarice Falcão rock the final stretch with challenges, performances and even a surprise musical presentation. After all, who will be the last laugh?
- Igor Guimarães, Flávia Reis and Noêmia Oliveira go up against their colleagues in search of a big grin. But, they will find out in the worst possible way, that attack is not always the best strategy. After all, whoever 'lives by the laughter, shall die by the laughter'. The outcome is a true humor saga, with many twists, a surprising ending and an unexpected expulsion. Thiago Ventura will also get up to speed as a wizard while Estevam Nabote will show his vocal skills. Tom and Clarice also add fuel to this fire with a game of beautiful smiles and even present a new game room.
- One by one, the comedians enter the house (or is it a living room?) at LOL: Last One Laughing Brazil. They look forward to this unique experience and bring with them their best routines, tricks, and jokes. They have six hours to go, and not being able to laugh makes them tense. As they read each other, the jokes begin. Small shots are fired in all directions, and it's every man or woman for themselves. Grace Gianoukas is the first to bang the pan, and she brings out her very sour Lemon Woman. Our comedians immediately put into practice their strategies to avoid laughing. Mathy Lemos acts like a seal, Lindsay Paulinho smokes an imaginary cigarette, Eddy Jr begins to run in circles, and Marianna Armellini sings the Brazilian national anthem in her mind. Not even 15 minutes in and a friendly smirk gets the first yellow card of the season. Once the game is resumed, Carol Zoccoli performs her Close-up Comedy routine, in which everyone must sit at the table. Rafael Infante also decides to take a chance at the pan, and brings in a well-known character, Carlinhos Avelar. Suddenly Thanos appears. The question is: What was this villain doing there?
- 2021–6.6 (11)TV EpisodeIn the second episode, the fear of the card leaves our comedians cautious and focused. And now the hunted become the hunters. Fábio Rabin comes in strong with his Vegan Zombie. Lindsay Paulino teaches a very special drama class. Anything goes in this battle, even Marianna Armellini playing an unusual tribute to Anitta. The timer marks 50 minutes of game time. Maintaining concentration and a straight face is not easy for anyone. Tom and Gkay decide to add fuel to the fire with the Heartbreak Game, a funny tribute to sertanejo music. The red button is pressed and we have the first elimination of LOL: Last One Laughing Brazil. Everyone is shocked, but the game must go on. And the contestants begin to realize that whoever tries hardest... will win the game.
- Halfway through the game, it's time to find out who is focused on winning and who is just along for the ride. Our comedians still have three more hours to go, and though it doesn't seem much, it's a lot when there are still eight contestants in the running. They must react quickly, especially when a strong contender leaves the competition. Marianna Armellini soon bangs the pan to tell the unfortunate life story of... an Asparagus. Eddy Jr continues to attack Mathy Lemos relentlessly. Oops. Red button. Who could have laughed? The game is resumed and then Tom and Gkay, true agents of chaos, propose the ventriloquist game. Carol Zoccoli keeps surprising expectations with her cow. Marianna Armellini and Bruna Braga also take a chance with the puppets, but it's a friendly toucan who is responsible for the last yellow card of the season. Bruna Braga counterattacks with the psychologist Diulema, the first to include piseiro dances in her therapy. The onslaught continues with Carol Zoccoli's new type of aerobics class - the "tit-wanking". Everyone holds on the best they can, but then Godzilla comes in to wreak havoc.
- In this busy third episode, comedians seem to think themselves invisible. But with 46 cameras!? Give me a break. Lindsay Paulino's drama teacher keeps driving everyone crazy. People either avoid her or join her in her shtick, whatever stops their laughter. Fábio Rabin takes a chance on a controversial stand-up routine about Fernando de Noronha. During his bit, the red button is pressed. Write down the time and the score... Only Bruna Braga, Mathy Lemos, and Eddy Jr are clear of cards and we still have 4 hours and 20 minutes of game to go. Rafael Infante bangs the pan and brings the uneasy Valkyria to meet everyone. She is so overwhelming, she makes someone laugh. Tom and Gkay resume the game and introduce a surprise guest that leaves everyone shaken. It's the return of he who lingered. At this point the show feels like a madhouse, with many contestants almost bursting into laughter. But Bruna Braga remains impassive. Is she dead inside?
- Get ready, because the second-to-last episode has everything. Gigante Leo with his Godzilla managed to take down yet another comedian. But there's no time to take a breather. It's all or nothing now. Shockingly, the sertanejo queen is rewarded for her insistence and breaks another one. Now there are five people left with just over two hours to go. Tom and Gkay resume the game and decide to raise hell by calling a comedian from the Losers' Room to terrorize the contestants. And since two is company, Igor Guimarães also joins the party. Tough break. But they bravely resist. Laughs are still scarce even after a succession of pure nonsense: a curious photo album with spicy revelations, parkour, Peter Pan, and Méia, a strange town hall employee. Tom and Gkay decide to surprise the players with a game called 'lulling dialogues'. Their first task is to talk like chickens. Finally, a laugh. Red button. Who's going down this time?
- What is this comedy roller coaster? With four competitors left, there are no favorites when everyone is a ruthless fighter. The game continues and now they must talk like Silvio Santos. Everyone gives their best, but two comedians are sure that, if it were up to this impression, their careers would go down the drain. Suddenly, someone betrays themselves and laughs when trying to get a laugh out of a competitor. Tom gives them the red card, and now three contestants remain. With just under one hour to go, they follow the instructions of talking with a baby voice. It's so childish and surreal that someone can't resist and lets out a fatal laugh. Tom Cavalcante and Gkay congratulate the two finalists and propose the ultimate "machine gun of comedy", featuring he who is not immortal, but always comes back in the end: Igor Guimarães. The rules are simple. Igor pulls out cards with comedic proposals and our comedians carry out the requests as best they can. And in this final battle, the question is: Who will (not) laugh in the end?
- Now it's every man for himself and the comedy gods for them all while Tom and Fabiana don't even blink as to not let even a chuckle squeak by. Maíra Azevedo gets things moving with "Maria Isabel".
- The show is at full swing. There's no bluff nor trump card, and there's no time to catch a breath. Iêda Guadalupe, aka Maria Clara Gueiros, leads the way. Marcio Ballas gives an improv show, Júnior Chicó's Rabid Pluto comes in unannounced.
- Great talents fall and others get a noose around their necks. Rodrigo Marques teases everyone by stripping, Karina Ramil mimes on a "rainy day" and, in "The Best in the Universe", there is comedy in pairs.
- The game is fast-paced, but time drags. If they want to win, they have to take even bigger risks. And so it's time for "Improv LOL Blues", "the Possessed", "the Water Filter", "Challenge Man", and "the Forró Singer".
- Who can resist a crazy funk song or the "Sandwich Woman"? After the yellow chick and the return of Fausto Silva, they play "Lulling Dialogues". But it's time to learn a hard lesson. Stop the clock.
- 2021–TV EpisodeIn the final episode, if you don't play, you're out. Two comedians have half an hour to make someone laugh or else they will be eliminated. It's sudden death time.
