John Tilden Locke was an American rock keyboardist and a member of the rock group Spirit. Locke was also a member of the band Nazareth in the early 1980s, playing keyboards on the albums The Fool Circle, Snaz, and 2XS. He also performed on the Tom Rush album Wrong End of the Rainbow, played keyboards on The Stray Cats album Gonna Ball and on the Randy California's solo albums Euro-American and Restless. He was born in Los Angeles and died in Ojai, California in 2006 of cancer.
