She played in several soaps in French-Canadian broadcasting from the end of fifties to the end of eighties.
Her first major hit was her role of Phonsine, in the French-Canadian soap `le Survenant` where she played the role of the spouse of the lazy son of 'Pere Didace'. After that, she played in many other soaps including: Beau temps, mauvais temps (1955-1958), Le chenal du moine (1957-1958), La pension velder (1958-1960), Rue de l Anse (1963), La Force de l'âge (1964), Septieme nord (1965), Grujot et Delicat (1968), Symphorien (1968), famille Plouffe (1981), Marisol (1980-1983) and Entre chiens et loups (1983). She also starred in few movies, including one with Canadian actor Donald Sutherland in 1970, Act of heart. After a fulfilling career, she decided to retire at the end of the eighties due to illness. Sadly, she passed away on December 14th 2002, due to pulmonary trouble and lung cancer. She was 74.
