Born in the former Yugoslavia in the Albanian town of Diber in the Republic of Macedonia. Arrived in the US in February 1969. Family settled in Brooklyn, New York and has stayed in the NYC area ever since. Started acting at 30 years old in a sketch comedy group with the original name of Ground Zero in NYC. After the tragic day of 9/11 the name of the group was changed to Bathing with Toasters. As with all things the group came to end after roughly 7 years together and dozens of sketches.- Cinematographer

Afrim Spahiu was born in Diber, on May the 3rd 1951. He finished high school in his hometown and studied in the Academy for Theatre, Film and Television in the University of Zagreb, in the class of professor Nikola Tanhofer, in 1975. In 1975 -1976 he worked as cameraman in RTP (Radio Television of Prishtina), while from 1976 1990 he worked as director of photography in Kosova Film. From 1981-1983 he worked as an external associate in the Faculty of Arts, as lecturer of Photography in Design Department. In the period 1981-2008 he was a member and president of many professional juries in the field of film and visual arts. In the period of 1990-2002 he worked as designer and manager of many artistic and commercial projects of his field. During the period 2000-2002 he worked as lecturer of Photojournalism in "Faik Konica "High school. From 2002-2005 he worked as lecturer and manager of the Institute of Film and Photography, "Gjon Mili". From 2007 he worked as a lecturer on the matter's Analog - Digital Photography and Movie Photography in University AAB, State University of Tetova and University Evolution.- Producer

Eqrem Basha was born in 1945 in Dibra, Macedonia, Yugoslavia. Eqrem is a producer and writer, known for Proka (1985), Tre vetë kapërcejn malin (1981) and Migjeni (1990).
