The Monster's Ball star met 32-year-old Aubry on a photo shoot for Versace in 2005; the couple announced the pregnancy in September. A representative for Berry has confirmed the baby news, revealing the new mom "is doing great."

McCartney Divorce Settles at $48.6 Million

Sir Paul McCartney's ex-wife Heather Mills has been awarded $48.6 million in a divorce settlement. The couple - who wed in 2002 - failed to reach an agreement last month and it was left to a London High Court judge to make the final decision. According to High Court papers, Mills asked for $250 million, but the former Beatle offered her $31.6 million. On Monday, Mills was awarded $33 million cash with assets worth $15.6 million. Speaking outside the court, Mills said she is pleased with the judgment and remains friends with her ex-husband: "I am very, very, very happy. I was always going to get between $40 and $60 million, but Sir Paul was offering much less than that. The judge said Paul was only worth $800 million, but everyone has known he has been worth $1.6 billion for the last 15 years. I wasn't allowed any access into any of our accounts, I was locked out of every home. I hope now that me and my daughter can have a life and not be followed every single day. Apart from one TV thing, I have kept silent for 21 months. I wanted to keep it private but he wanted it made public he always wants to look like he's generous Sir Paul." Mills will not appeal against the judge's decision, but will appeal on Tuesday against the decision to release court papers which disclose details about the couple's four-year-old daughter Beatrice. She adds, "I am standing here because Paul is insistent on the whole judgment being put out. I've said that if the whole judgment goes out then all the transcripts have to go out because it's going to be written in a way that they will try and make it that I wasn't successful. The only reason I'm appealing tomorrow morning... I'm not appealing the judgment but the publication of it as it includes private secure matters about my daughter. It's gone against everything to do with human rights." The couple's divorce case had been held in private, but it is believed the judge released the agreed figure in a bid to end speculation over the size of the financial settlement. McCartney, 65, married Mills, 40, four years after his first wife Linda died from breast cancer.
Reports: Newman's Visits to Cancer Doctor

Movie legend Paul Newman's health problems are worse than he has revealed - he is reportedly making visits to a cancer doctor. The 83-year-old actor last week missed a fundraising event for his Hole in the Wall Gang children's charity, prompting speculation he has undergone emergency surgery for cancer. His spokesperson insisted he was "being treated for athlete's foot and hair loss" and nothing more serious. But Newman has been making secret trips to a oncologist, according to the New York Post. A fellow patient of the unnamed cancer specialist tells the newspaper, "He's been there a lot, he's even worked out in the waiting room, doing the squat thrusts. Last time, he was in there he had a long beard. (His wife) Joanne Woodward is there waiting for him and being very sweet with the assistants."
Carrey To Pen Depression Self-Help Book

Actor Jim Carrey is writing a self-help book for sufferers of depression who want to avoid using drugs to beat the condition. The Fun With Dick And Jane star battled with depression for years after his meteoric rise to fame in the 1990s, using Prozac and other medication to try and control his dark thoughts. But the 46-year-old states numbing the pain with medication is not the way to deal with the problem, and hopes his new book will help people focus on where their problems stem from. He says, "I dealt with depression for a while by medicating with Prozac and although it was good for dealing with the problem there and then, I wasn't getting to the bottom of my anger and frustration. I think we have a real problem these days in that everything is treated with a drug. I think there's a whole new way of healing depression that doesn't require drugs, and I'm writing a book about it. Who better than a comedian to talk about depression right?"
Lohan "Surprise" Caused "Hissy Fit"
Lindsay Lohan's publicist insists the actress would never have attended a Beverly Hills, California party on Friday - had she have known it was a Paris Hilton-endorsed event. The star was reported to have thrown a "hissy fit" at the Scandinavia Style Mansion party after spotting an advertisement for Paris Hilton Handbags on the red carpet. Lohan's representative Leslie Sloane Zelnik also claims the actress - who entered rehab last year and is set to launch her own range of leggings - would not have attended the event if she had known it was sponsored by an alcoholic drink. He says, "We were never told that Paris was part of the event. Nor did we know there was a liquor sponsor. She wouldn't have participated." Sloan added he was informed only press from two Scandinavian magazines would be present. However, reporters and a camera crew from a gossip website were also at the party.
Troubles Shared As Spears & Gibson Dine Out
Britney Spears and Mel Gibson shared their troubles over dinner on Saturday. The odd couple was spotted entering and leaving Russian restaurant Romanov in Studio City, Los Angeles within minutes of each other, and staff later confirmed they dined together for almost two hours. It is not known why the pair met for dinner, but both have been the subjects of media scrutiny in the past two years - Gibson was vilified for anti-Semitic remarks he made to a Jewish traffic cop during a drink driving arrest, while Spears' erratic behavior and child custody battle has long been a tabloid staple. Gibson has been a vocal supporter of Spears in her ongoing and well-publicized battles.
Portman Co-Star Quits
Natalie Portman's latest movie co-star has been forced to walk away from his acting big break, because of a religious row. Hasidic Jew Abe Karpen, 25, was cast alongside Portman in New York I Love You, currently being shot in Manhattan. The pair were snapped together on set last week, prompting uproar from Karpen's strict religious community in the city's Brooklyn borough. The married father of three was warned his kids would be kicked out of their religious school if he didn't quit the film. Karpen tells the New York Daily News, "I am backing out of the movie. It's not acceptable in my community. It's a lot of pressure I am getting. They (rabbis) didn't like the idea of a Hasidic guy playing in Hollywood. I have my kids in religious schools and the rabbi called me over yesterday and said in order for me to keep my kids in the school I have to do what they tell me and back out."
Parker Beats Co-Stars at the Bank
Sarah Jessica Parker has made more money since Sex And The City than her three co-stars combined. Parker has earned $25 million, mostly from endorsement deals with Garnier and Gap in the four years since the show came to an end, according to analysis by Portfolio magazine. Kim Cattrall comes second in the earning stakes, with $10 million. Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon have landed more acting work in the past four years, but have the smallest pay packets, with $4.5 million and $2.5 million respectively. The foursome have reprised their Sex And The City characters for a big screen version, due to hit movie theatres in May.
Combs Slams Tupac Attack Claims

Rap superstar Sean 'Diddy' Combs has hit back at a newspaper report linking him to a gun attack on Tupac Shakur. The Los Angeles Times claims Combs and Notorious B.I.G. were told of plans to attack Shakur at a New York Recording studio in 1994. Shakur was shot five times, but survived the assault - two years before he was murdered in Las Vegas. Combs has blasted the article, telling New York gossip column PageSix.com, "This story is beyond ridiculous and is completely false. Neither Biggie nor I had any knowledge of any attack before, during or after it happened. It is a complete lie to suggest that there was any involvement by Biggie or myself. I am shocked that the Los Angeles Times would be so irresponsible as to publish such a baseless and completely untrue story."
