Man Arrested for Trespassing at Pitt's House

A man claiming to be a journalist has been arrested on suspicion of trespassing at Brad Pitt's Hollywood home. Eric Mitchell, 25, reportedly blocked the driveway with his car and, identifying himself as a "freelance reporter" asked a housekeeper, "Where's Brad Pitt's house?" Mitchell was arrested when the housekeeper called police. Pitt, his girlfriend Angelina Jolie and their children were not home at the time of the incident, reports Tmz.com.

Field Denies Awards Tantrum

Actress Sally Field has denied throwing a tantrum over the current Hollywood writers strike at the recent Screen Actors Guild Awards in Los Angeles. The Brothers & Sisters star was rumored to have launched a scathing attack on Screen Actors Guild President Alan Rosenberg during Sunday's ceremony - resulting in a heated argument between the pair. It was reported that Field was angry about the delay in resolving the walkouts by the Writer's Guild of America union members - which have crippled the U.S. film and TV industry since November. A representative for the actress concedes the discussion did take place, but insists it did not get out of hand, telling the New York Post's gossip column PageSix, "(Field) did not throw a tantrum. She was sitting next to Alan (Rosenberg) at the table and wanted to talk to him, she didn't corner him. She thought talks should have begun sooner and was trying to relay information from other actors that contract negotiations should begin sooner rather than later, and he became incensed. She had to raise her voice to be heard over his. She has every right to express her opinion to him."

Biggs Engaged

American Pie star Jason Biggs is to wed his girlfriend Jenny Mollen. The 29-year-old proposed to actress/artist Mollen earlier this month - despite having only met the 28-year-old in the summer on the set of their film My Best Friend's Girl. He tells Usmagazine.com, "It happened recently," before joking, "I asked her the first night we met." But the couple have remained coy about setting a date for their wedding. Biggs adds, "I think we're going to elope. We don't want to deal with all the drama of dealing with my family."

Trump Sued for $4 Billion

Real estate mogul Donald Trump is facing a $4 billion lawsuit from a Las Vegas property management company after he was accused of monopolizing the market in the city. The Apprentice star is alleged to have unfairly blocked property firm Nights at Vegas from leasing out a number of the condominiums in the Trump International Hotel & Tower. Nights at Vegas takes a 20 percent cut of the rental income when it leases out an apartment in the complex, while Trump owns a management company that takes 50 percent of the lease income. But bosses at Nights at Vegas claim Trump has banned them from conducting business using the name Trump in any of its advertising or marketing in relation to the condos at the Trump International - making promotion of the properties virtually impossible for the firm, reports Tmz.com. Nights at Vegas is suing on the grounds of violation of anti-trust laws, declaratory relief for non-infringement of trademark, false promotion and unfair competition. The company is seeking $1 billion in compensation, with another $3 billion in punitive damages.

Gellar Shocked by Violent Garcia On Set

Sarah Michelle Gellar was so shocked by how realistically violent co-star Andy Garcia was while shooting scenes for their new movie, she had to walk off set. The actress grew close to Garcia while they made The Air I Breathe together - but found it hard to watch his method approach to his role as a crime boss. Gellar battled through scenes when Garcia was forced to beat up their co-star Brendan Fraser's gangster, and suffered herself when he turned on her character, a pop star. She says, "I had a hard time separating the scene from what is reality. And at one point I had to leave. I didn't know the scary side of Andy. I'm a small girl, and he doesn't let go. When he throws me up against a wall - that's actuality."
