Olsen Twins in Restaurant Confrontation

A New York restaurateur has slammed acting twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen after their bodyguard tried to barge him out of the way in his own eaterie. The Full House stars were eating with friends at New York's packed Serafina on Valentine's Day when the incident occurred. According to Serafina co-owner Fabio Granato the Olsen minder became agitated after Granato refused to move out of the way to accommodate the party. Granato says, "I was at the podium near the entrance speaking to my manager when this big guy starts saying, 'You guys move to the other side.' I said, 'You move, I'm working here.' He says, 'Who are you?' And I said, 'Get away.'" Granato says that, after being pushed by the bodyguard, one of Serafina's own security escorted the man to the door, reports website Page Six. Granato adds, "The other guy had to keep an eye on them from outside the restaurant."
Jolie Takes a Lover

Hollywood babe Angelina Jolie has finally ended speculation about her love life by announcing she has "taken a lover". The Tomb Raider star has been linked to a host of celebrities - including Nicolas Cage, her Alexander co-star Colin Farrell - following her divorce from Billy Bob Thornton last year. Jolie was also photographed last week kissing her first husband Jonny Lee Miller - and she's now has confirmed she is dating again, although she refuses to reveal who the lucky individual is. She says, "I have now taken a lover. I've been relieved every time it's been speculated on in the press, because nobody's got the right guy."
Smith: Affleck's Hair Is Real

Film-maker Kevin Smith has hit out at reports his pal Ben Affleck is going bald. Smith, who has worked with Affleck on such projects as Dogma, Chasing Amy and the upcoming film Jersey Girl, insists the former fiance of Jennifer Lopez has all his own hair. He says, "That is totally the man's natural hair. We were shooting Jersey Girl, and I came in one day and was like, 'Dude, I read on the net last night that you don't have real hair - that you got into a bar brawl with Vince Vaughn and he pulled your wig piece off.' And he was like, 'I haven't seen Vince Vaughn in two years. Let alone in the bar. Let alone do I have fake hair.'"
Baldwin Declares Himself an Oscar Shoo-In

Hollywood actor Alec Baldwin insists he's guaranteed to win the Best Supporting Actor Oscar later this month, after conducting in-depth research on his rivals. Baldwin has been nominated for his efforts in The Cooler - and he's decided fellow category nominees Tim Robbins, Djimon Hounsou, Benicio Del Toro and Ken Watanabe don't stand a chance. He jokes, "I've done some research and I've looked into a few things. Number one is that we have Djimon Hounsou and Ken Watanabe - both wonderful actors, but there's actually a clause on the Academy voting regulations that you can get nominated for an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actor if you're a foreign- born actor, but you can't actually win the award. So they're out! It gets better: I played a little game with Tim. I called him up and did the old 'I'll vote for you if you vote for me' thing - and he fell for it! And then the thing with Benicio was a little trickier, but we looked into some records and we found out that he didn't show up for four months of service in Texas in the National Guard. So he is questionable as Oscar material. I think I'm standing alone in the pile!"
Zeta-Jones' 'Moulin Rouge' Fury

British actress Catherine Zeta-Jones is still smarting over losing out on the lead role in Moulin Rouge to Oscar winner Nicole Kidman. The Chicago beauty is reportedly intensely jealous of flame-haired Nicole and has recently changed management in a bid to replicate the Dogville star's well- respected career. And Hollywood insiders put Catherine's envy of the former Mrs Tom Cruise down to a rivalry stemming back to Baz Luhrmann's 2001 musical extravaganza. One source tells Page Six, "Baz Luhrmann tested Catherine, Nicole, and Renee Zellweger for the lead. Catherine really wanted it, but Nicole got it." Kidman went on to win a Golden Globe for the role as Satine and then continued her success by claiming an Oscar for The Hours and working on acclaimed epic Cold Mountain. Zeta-Jones also won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress in Chicago and has recently signed on for the sequel to 1998 swashbuckler The Mask Of Zorro.
Kirk Douglas Says Oscar Nod Is Enough

Acting legend Kirk Douglas wishes his fellow actors would take pleasure from being nominated for an Academy Award - and not be so fixated on who wins it. Douglas, 87, received Oscar nods in 1949 for Champion, 1952 for The Bad And The Beautiful and 1956 for Lust For Life - but was edged out every single time. He says, "The first place gets an Oscar. The four others are declared losers. Why? To be voted one of five in any category should make you a winner." After the 1956 Academy Awards, his family sent him an Oscar replica with the inscription, "To our Daddy, you rate an Oscar with us always." Douglas, who was given a lifetime achievement Oscar in 1996, adds, "So, I say to all the nominees in every category: Whatever happens, you are all winners. Keep that in mind as you sit in the audience with a weak smile, applauding someone else who has won your Oscar."
Lohan Announces Her Love for Duff
Freaky Friday star Lindsay Lohan declared her love for teen rival Hilary Duff on live TV yesterday, just days after expressing a wish to end their long-running feud. The pretty stars became enemies after they discovered they were dating pop heart-throb Aaron Carter at the same time and fell out in spectacular style at the premiere of Duff's new movie Cheaper By The Dozen. But when Lohan was asked by MTV presenter Damien Fahey to reveal one thing she'd like to get out in the open on popular chart show TRL, she randomly blurted, "I love you Hilary Duff!" Lohan recently revealed her desire to end the animosity between them, explaining, "I have no problem with her. Maybe she has a problem with me but I don't think she should."
Messing Assures Fans 'Will & Grace' Will Stay
Will & Grace star Debra Messing has assured fans her sitcom will remain on screens for quite some time, following the imminent end of hit shows Friends, Frasier and Sex And The City. The three long running comedies will end this year, and Everybody Loves Raymond is expected to follow suit in near the future, leaving Messing's show as American network TV's sole esteemed primetime sitcom. But Messing assures she and her colleagues won't be walking away from the show anytime soon. She says of the show's end, "I haven't thought about that - it's so hard to imagine that, really, we've all come to take for granted those TV shows that have been around for so long. I think (our) show is doing wonderfully. This year has been fantastic creatively. It's been pretty consistent - we've been asked this question as long ago as three years, and my feeling hasn't changed - it's as long as we're having fun, which we are, and as long as the stories are funny and feel fresh, then there's no reason to stop. How long that will be, I can't even guess. Time is a weird thing in television - I can't believe that we're already in our sixth year. The cast is really on the same page and we all feel the show is in a great position."
Johansson: Men My Age Are Immature

BAFTA winner Scarlett Johansson has discovered another downside of feeling older than her 19 years - men her own age are too immature to date. The self-confessed "woman trapped in a young body" - who has wowed Hollywood with her performance in Oscar-nominated Lost In Translation as a young wife falling in love with an older man - is frustrated with meeting men her own age, because she always has to make the first move. She says, "They never really come good until their thirties. In the two relationships I have been in so far, I'm always the one to initiate a kiss. I don't mean that I don't get kissed back but most of the time a large chunk of it is me going in for the kiss. It's weird." And Johansson admits she always reaches a stage in a relationship when she needs to be alone again, no matter how much she's enjoying the romance. She adds, "Being in a relationship is great because you compromise and make decisions together. But after doing that for so long I needed to be alone. I like to make my own choices."
CBS Bosses Apologize for Andre 3000's Wardance Performance
Network TV bosses at CBS in America have apologized for Outkast's Native American-themed performance at the Grammy Awards. The San Francisco-based Native American Cultural Center took offense to Andre 3000's stage routine, in which he dressed as a colorful Native American - branding it racist. The Native American Cultural Center last week called for a boycott of CBS, OutKast's label Arista Records, and the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (Naras), which sponsors the Grammys. CBS spokeswoman Nancy Carr says, "We are very sorry if anyone was offended." It has been a controversial month for the network - it aired the Super Bowl, which featured Janet Jackson's breast-baring shocker as part of the half-time show.
