PGA Leaderboard - Valero Texas Open Golf Tournament, 2013 Masters on Deck

The PGA leaderboard for the Valero Texas Open is crowded at and near the top as play is underway on Saturday as the tournament before the 2013 Masters heads into golf's traditional moving day. Many eyes were on Rory McIlroy to start the day, the former number 1 golfer on the PGA Tour is playing this weekend in San Antonio to try to win and to prepare for the 2013 Masters golf tournament next weekend in Augusta, Ga. Rory finished with a 5-under-par 67 and moved within three shots of leader Billy Horschel yesterday. On Friday, Horschel had six birdies, including a stretch of four in five holes midway through the round, and he did so despite hitting only seven of 14 fairways. A group of three players -- Daniel Summerhays, Charley Hoffman and Steven Bowditch -- were two shots back at 6 under and six others were tied at 5 under (including McIlroy). Play »

Kurt Cobain killed himself 19 years ago, using a shotgun to commit suicide in his Seattle, Washington home. Cobain has been dubbed a voice of a generation and died at only 27 years of age. The Nirvana frontman was found dead at his Lake Washington home in Seattle, on April 5, 1994, and now editors at local publication the Seattle Post-Intelligencer have marked his untimely passing by releasing previously unseen images of the pad on Friday. The paper wrote they knew the release of the photos would create controversy. The paper writes: "Some similar images, including at least one frame showing part of Cobain's body, have been published elsewhere. And the P-i included pictures similar to these in its April 1994 coverage. That said, some of these photos could be disturbing to some readers. Movie News - An Anchorman 2 cameo role has been landed by Nicole Kidman, the Australian beauty will appear in 'Anchorman: The Legend Continues'. The 'Stoker' actress will reportedly join stalwart jokers Vince Vaughn and Luke Wilson in the follow-up to Will Ferrell's 2004 comedy about hapless news reader Ron Burgundy.
