First official trailer arrives for Carrie: watch now
5 April 2013 12:30 AM, PDT
The first trailer has arrived for Kimberly Peirce’s Carrie remake, featuring Chloe Moretz as the titular heroine with a very particular set of skills… From what we’ve seen so far, it all looks remarkably similar to the Brian De Palma version, with several of that film’s most iconic scenes (the changing room, the prom night) present and correct in the trailer. In fact, the trailer pretty much serves as a condensed version of the entire story, which isn’t so much of a problem when the tale is as well known as this one, but still seems...

THR reports that Arnett will join Megan Fox in the Michael Bay-produced reboot, although there are no details as to who he’ll be playing.
