AOL debuted the new music video/short film from the band Slipknot today for their track Snuff off their latest album All Hope Is Gone. The clip was co-directed by Slipknot's own M. Shawn Crahan (Clown) and renowned photographer/director P.R. Brown features unmaksed frontman Corey Taylor in an intricate storyline and a haunting look into the obsessed mind of a melancholy lover, heartbroken over a lost paramour. The Reeds Joins After Dark's Horrorfest 4

The second to last film in After Dark Film's upcoming Horrorfest 4, aka 8 Films To Die For has been announced and it's The Reeds . In The Reeds , a weekend boating trip through the Norfolk Broads becomes a deadly ordeal for six 20-something year old friends who lose their bearings in the vast reedy tidewaters. Chances of escape and hopes for survival diminish as inexplicable forces terrorize the lost and terrified group. The Reeds was written by Chris Baker and Simon Sprackling from a story by Chris Baker. Producer Offers Update on Neil Marshall's Burst 3D

It's been a couple of months since Neil Marshall ( The Descent , Doomsday ) signed to direct Burst 3D for Lionsgate and Ghost House. Shock Till You Drop had a chance to catch up to producer J.R. Young (repping the Ghost House team) this week and we pressed him for an update on this tale of a group of folks who are holed up in a lodge during a winter storm and start spontaneously exploding. Romero's Survival of the Dead Finds a Home

George A. Romero's latest zombie offering, Survival of the Dead , has found U.S. distribution. Magnet Releasing, the genre arm of Magnolia Pictures, announced today that they have the rights. Magnet will release the film as part of its Ultra VOD program this spring, debuting it on VOD platforms nationwide a month before its theatrical release. New York based Rotten Apple Productions has announced 15 Till Midnight as their next project, following up on the recently completed The Gate of Fallen Angels . A recent advance screening of Martin Scorsese's Shutter Island yielding positive criticism, further fueling our excitement for this psychological thriller starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Mark Ruffalo.
