After finding great success at the box office with Marvel's The Avengers and its various different superhero tie-ins, Marvel Studios is taking the action to television with the one-hour adventure drama Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. (formerly known as Marvel's S.H.I.E.L.D.). Coming to ABC this fall, the network has released an official synopsis, which finds Clark Gregg's fan favorite Agent Coulson assembling a worldwide crime enforcement agency.
