Kim Kardashian put her bare baby bump on display today after filming a scene for her upcoming reality show with sister Kourtney Kardashian near La yesterday. She posted the new snap on Instagram, writing "baby love." Kim has been fighting back against critics who have slammed the star's fashion choices and weight gain during her pregnancy. She does have quite a few stars on her side, including Jenna Dewan-Tatum and Gwyneth Paltrow. The latter recently said that Kim looks "absolutely beautiful" at a recent event. She said, "I think that women should support each other, especially through pregnancy. We're supposed to gain weight when pregnant - that's how God intended it." Before Kim gave her bump some love on Instagram, she filmed scenes for her E! reality show. She wore heels and red pants as she shot scenes at the Westlake Village Inn with Kourtney.
