Can’t say I was whip-lashed by Katell Quillévéré’s debut film – a difficult, almost faith-based drama and exploration-of-self entitled Poison violent, which was unveiled in the 2010 edition of Directors’ Fortnight and would go onto collect the prestigious year-end Prix Jean-Vigo.
