By now, all of us know that Bombay Talkies is a film that not just commemorates 100 years of Indian cinema, but also has four topnotch directors (Karan Johar, Dibakar Banerjee, Anurag Kashyap and Zoya Akhtar) directing a film each for it. Besides the fact that the film is a unique attempt in itself, KJo added some more uniqueness to the film by acquiring the rights of two classic songs that had been recorded by the legendary great (late) Madan Mohan and Shankar Jaikishan. The songs are 'Lag jaa gale' and 'Ajeeb dastaan hai ye' respectively. Speaking exclusively to Bollywood Hungama, the film's producer Ashi Dua said, "The whole thing is so cool. There are many who hail from the present generation, who have grown up listening to these gems. And considering that these two classic songs are a part of my film is a big time boon to everyone alike, »
