The Kardashian siblings were outraged when their stepmom sold excerpts from their late father’s alleged diary to the media. Now, the Kardashians are taking action by taking her to court!
Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian, and Rob Kardashian have decided to take legal action against Ellen Pearson, who was married to their father Robert Kardashian, TMZ reports. The Kardashian kids claim they inherited a diary belonging to their father, and Ellen has been illegally selling personal details from the diary to the tabloids.
The Kardashians are demanding the diary and family albums be returned to them. They believe the diary belongs to their family, and that their stepmom is infringing on their copyright.
