Director Le Van Kiet’s Vietnamese horror film 'Ngoi nha trong hem' (aka ‘House in The Alley’) blew the lid off local box office (in some theatres it was being screened 6-7 times a day) records last year - making it the high-grossing film ever shown – so its no surprise it caught the eye of foreign buyers when it hit the film markets. U.S distributor Pathfinder Films very wisely nabbed the North American rights to it last month, and they’ve very handily released and English subbed version of the original trailer. No word yet on a release but as sure as eggs is eggs this will be turning up soon to nab on DVD. Looks well worth it, too.
