Seven years after being cancelled by Fox, "Arrested Development" returns for a fourth season on the streaming service Netflix. All 15 episodes will be available for viewing on May 26. That is just five days before the end of the eligibility period for this year's Emmys.  -Insertgroups:12- The show may not have been a ratings hit but it was a winner with Emmy voters taking home Best Comedy Series for its first season in 2004. It contended for that prize again in 2005 and 2006 but was bested by "Everybody Loves Raymond" and "The Office" respectively. It also scored five additional Emmy wins: Best Casting, Best Editing, Best Directing and two for Best Writing. Such is the love for this laffer that it already sits at #4 in our predictions for Best Comedy Series. With the backing of one editor and 5% of users it has odds of 9 to 1 to edge out reigning three-time champ "Modern Family. »
