Don't Be Afraid of the Dark, the Guillermo del Toro produced remake of the 1973 horror classic starring Kate Holmes and Guy Pearce, will be pushed out of its scheduled January release date.
Miramax is in negotiations to be acquired by Colony Capital and until that deal goes through, the film will have to wait before it can be released theatrically.
