Based on Hans Christian Andersen’s fairy tale "The Little Mermaid", the upcoming film Ponyo, by Japanese animation master Hayao Miyazaki (Spirited Away), has a new English language trailer.
The movie centers around a baby goldfish who wants to be human. However, after getting her wish and befriending a human boy, Ponyo has to deal with the unexpected consequences.
Ponyo may be a little fish, but she's playing in a big pond as far as Hollywood talent is concerned. The cast handling the redubbing includes Cate Blanchett, Matt Damon, Tina Fey, Frankie Jonas, Cloris Leachman, Liam Neeson, Lily Tomlin and Betty White.
Disney will be releasing Ponyo in the U.S. on August 14. »
