The Vanderpump Rules season 11 finale left viewers with a lot of questions. Does Tom Sandoval truly want to make amends with scorned ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix, or is it just for the cameras? Can the show maintain its ratings and its place on Bravo despite its struggle to create compelling narratives? Does Madix give an eff about Vpr as she pursues dozens of other profitable projects? One thing we do know, as the three-part Vanderpump Rules reunion looms, Madix has no reason to put her reality TV role center stage. She’s got many other irons in the fire. Enter Dsw.

Paris Hilton is blasting Mauricio Umansky after a preview for Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills hit social media.
In the teaser, Umansky talked about his rift with the Hilton family after he left Hilton & Hyland to form his own real estate agency.
“That’s exactly what happened,” Umansky said in the preview after a fellow real estate agent asked him if the reason he had for leaving Hilton & Hyland was because he was not made a partner.
Paris’ father, Rick, is a partner at Hilton & Hyland, and when Umansky exited the agency to start his own, it caused friction in the family.
“My father is a consummate gentleman and has always taken the higher road. He would never speak negatively about his family-especially in the press,” Paris said in a reply to Instagram fan account Queens of Bravo. “Frankly we are all sick of him using the Hilton name...

Ever since reports emerged that Kyle Richards and Mauricio Umansky were separating after 27 years of marriage, there have been plenty of skeptics.
For one, the series has shown them very much together, with Richards hinting at marital strife without going out and saying it.
Wednesday’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 13 finale revealed that they have indeed separated, and viewers watched as Richards opened up to her daughters about it.
Ahead of the game-changing installment of the Bravo reality megahit, Richards appeared on the Today Show and was interviewed by Jenna Bush Hager and Hoda Kotb about the breakup timeline, among other things.
It was a remarkably candid interview, which was refreshing because Richards had seemingly been keeping the truth under lock and key to protect daughters – Farrah Brittany Aldjufrie, Alexia Simone Umansky, Sophie Kylie Umansky, and Portia Umansky.

Those of us who crack open the door to Buying Beverly Hillswill likely be curious about how Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards factors into the equation. After all, two of the occu-soap’s main stars are her daughters Farrah Brittany and Alexia Umansky. Then, there’s the fact that Kyle’s husband Mauricio Umansky — who initially gained reality TV stardom alongside Kyle as one of the Real Housewives’ most beloved real husbands — is the mogul at the top of The Agency, the real estate firm at the center of Buying Beverly Hills.
Yet, fans hungry for a glimpse of Kyle might be surprised to find that her presence is actually pretty spare in Season 1 — except for one big emotional scene. But all that's about to change, as the Umansky family matriarch plays a pivotal role in Season 2.

Mauricio Umansky says he wasn’t looking to settle scores in his new book, The Dealmaker: How to Succeed in Business & Life Through Dedication, Determination & Disruption. In his first book, which is out today, April 11, Umansky — the founder and CEO of The Agency real estate brokerage, star of Netflix’s Buying Beverly Hills and husband of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kyle Richards — dives into the period in his life when former boss and brother-in-law Rick Hilton and his wife Kathy Hilton stopped speaking not only to him but also to his wife more than a decade ago.
It all stemmed from when Umansky worked at L.A.’s Hilton & Hyland real estate agency. At one point named the No. 1 agent in all of California, Umansky went to Hilton & Hyland co-founders Rick Hilton and Jeff Hyland (who died last year) requesting to be made a partner. While the answer was no,...

At first, real estate agent Farrah Brittany was unsure if she wanted to do the new Netflix series Buying Beverly Hills, which charts the inner workings of The Agency, founded by her stepfather Mauricio Umansky.
“I definitely had qualms. Because, obviously, we’re making a show about our profession,” she said at the November premiere party for the new Netflix series, held at Wheelhouse LA. “Everything you do, you’re looking through the lens of, ‘How is this going to be received by our clients, by viewers?’ We want to look professional. So, I was definitely nervous.”
However, Brittany was heartened by the fact that Buying Beverly Hills — the latest in a slew of real-estate-focused reality shows including Oppenheim Group’s Selling Sunset, Million Dollar Listing, and the new Selling the Oc — actually features the intricacies of luxury real estate deals and transactions.

The newest addition to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast certainly knows how to stir the pot. Recovering from their not-so-relaxing Mexico trip, Diana Jenkins surprised her co-stars with a shocking (and shady) text ahead of Garcelle Beauvais' birthday festivities in this exclusive sneak peek of Rhobh's June 29 episode.
