It’s long been theorized that Avengers: Endgame will feature time travel in some form or another. After all, we’ve seen numerous set pictures that appear to show the characters returning to the Battle of New York, all of which depict them wearing a strange device on their wrist which many assume can transport them back in time.
Now, we have one more bit of evidence to chuck on the pile, and that’s that the cast list for the movie on IMDb features two interesting extras: Monica Mathis appearing as “70s Car Girl #1” and Miles Webb as “70’s Scientist/Lab Worker.” While I know that listings on the site are never the gospel truth, it does seem strange that someone would add the roles of two unknown extras to the film, doesn’t it?
But why would our heroes travel as far back in time as the 70s?...

Since IMDb pages can be edited by the public, there’s always the possibility that certain actors have been included based on the assumptions and theories of fans. The mention of Tilda Swinton as the Ancient One, for instance, might well be inspired by the hint dropped by producer Michael Grillo a few months ago that Doctor Strange’s old mentor will be coming back, though her return sounds likely either way. Similarly, the inclusion of Frank Grillo as Crossbones on the cast list could be drawing on...
