A man who says he was injured during a shooting at a French Montana music video taping in January is now suing the musician for $50,000.
Carl Leon, who says he was an extra during a video shoot back in January, claims that the rapper and his associates did not do enough to prevent the injury of at least 10 people. In a statement to Rolling Stone, Montana’s attorney denies the allegations and slams Leon’s claims as “profit play and a publicity stunt.”

(Welcome to Scariest Scene Ever, a column dedicated to the most pulse-pounding moments in horror with your tour guides, horror experts Chris Evangelista and Matt Donato. In this edition, Matt tells a story about how "What Josiah Saw" attacks at the most unexpected moment).
Marvel's usage of mid-credits and end-credits sequences has become a cultural phenomenon. We sit attentively in our seats, reading 2nd Unit Director and Digital Effects Artist names, anticipating which superhero cameo awaits. We expect to be shocked and startled by MCU reveals — but that's a specific studio franchise strategy. Indie horror flicks don't usually embrace the tactic because what's the point? Right?
Au contraire. Let's sit down for Scariest Scene Ever storytime.
Vincent Grashaw's "What Josiah Saw" is one of Shudder's latest new additions, a homestyle Americana thriller that travels multiple genres. The kind of film without sequel intentions nor requires further explanations once the finale wraps.

Josiah Graham (Robert Patrick) doesn’t believe in God. To look at him and witness his actions is enough to know this truth, but his words have never been afraid to ensure those sentiments prove undeniable anyway. So he smirks when his youngest son dares to say grace before their latest meal. He starts telling a fantastical story about a dancing leprechaun that he saw outside his window that morning. Tommy (Scott Haze) laughs—both because it’s a humorous anecdote told in humorous fashion and because he’s a bit simple insofar as judging when someone is pulling his leg as a means to cut deeply with malice. His smile fades upon telling his father leprechauns aren’t real because Josiah’s face has turned to a scowl. “Neither is God,” he says.

When you get down to it, The Bachelor hasn't changed much from the very first season. The show follows a man as he dates about two dozen women. The dates are extravagant, the drama is over-the-top, and the tears are flowing. That being said, longtime watchers of the show may have noticed gradual changes over the years. One in particular sticks out and has been leaving me with an unsettled feeling: the show has a way of using tragic stories as currency. Having a heartbreaking story to share seems to have become a positive on the casting side, as if it gives the producers something to capitalize on.
Before I get into it, this is in no way criticizing the men and women who have shown their bravery by sharing their stories on national television. This is to point out the way production makes having a tragic story a mere check on a Bachelor résumé.

Rachel Lindsay musta been one helluva 'Bachelorette' -- 'cause she can be with her fiance and her exes from the show in one room ... sans any awkwardness. Rachel and her hubby-to-be, Bryan Abasolo, celebrated their engagement in Miami Beach Saturday night at a little place called Bodega Taqueria y Tequila ... with 3 other contestants from her season tagging along for the ride. William Gaskins, Matt Munson and Josiah Graham all came out to rage with the couple.

Viewers saw Kenny and Lee's feud come to a head during their two-on-one date with Rachel Lindsay, but it was clear the men had unresolved issues heading into Men Tell All.
Though many saw Lee's attacks on Kenny -- specifically his continuous labeling of the wrestler as "aggressive" -- as racist, Kenny said he disagreed. "I never thought it was a racist thing," he revealed, adding that his issue was with Lee's deliberate attempt to stir things up and rub people the wrong way.[p...

Welcome back Bachelor Nation from Denmark! From the beautiful castles and canals, to Viking battlefields, these days were ones I’ll never forget. But first let me explain how things ended in Olso.
Kenny had one last opportunity to show me that he finally put Lee’s concerns to rest so we could focus on the potential of love.

After the second episode to air in week 5 of The Bachelorette season 13, many fans on Twitter were left with one overwhelming reaction: "Who is that?"
That would be because there were a couple of apparently new -- or hard-to-remember, anyway -- faces in the suitor crowd. Matt and Adam ... have we seen these men before? Have they just been overshadowed by loudmouths like Josiah and the fight between Lee and Kenny?...

Welcome back, Bachelor Nation. There’s always that time about halfway through the season where the contestants suddenly start dropping like flies, and tonight’s episode of The Bachelorette was no exception.
Two-on-one / Rose Ceremony
Picking up where things left off on Monday night, Rachel found herself in the middle of the Norwegian wilderness on a miserable two-on-one date with Kenny and Lee, with absolutely no idea which man to believe after Lee had claimed Kenny was aggressive, violent and had a “dark side” — all of which Kenny vehemently denied.
Finally, after some reflection she made her way back over...

Last week, The Bachelorette touched on racial issues for one of the first times in franchise history — and this week, it truly zeroed in on them as the drama brewing between Kenny and Lee bubbled over.
The end result? A two-on-one date for the ages. Let’s jump in.
Group Date, Continued
Things picked up where they left off last week, with Kenny — once again — confronting Lee for telling Rachel that he was “aggressive.” The confrontation ultimately fizzled out when Lee walked away, but resumed just moments later after Rachel decided to hand out the group date rose to Bryan.

Rachel Lindsay is keeping it 100, just like she promised.
The 32-year-old attorney broke down on this week's episode of The Bachelorette, as racial tensions among her suitors ran high.
Watch: DeMario Returns on 'The Bachelorette' -- But Rachel Lindsay Has a New Villain to Look Out For!
With DeMario out of the house (and now causing controversy in Paradise), it seems we have a new villain or two.
"I feel like I am baring myself completely, and I'm sacrificing myself, and I'm putting myself on hold to do this all over again, because that's how serious I am about this. And if I'm 100 percent honest, I was disappointed in the guys tonight, and I don't really know how to handle it," Rachel said to the camera after hearing a blow-out fight between Lee and Kenny after the singer/songwriter interrupted the wrestler.

We’re back, Bachelor Nation. On Monday night, The Bachelorette returned after a two-week hiatus — and it’s safe to say the men wasted no time getting right back into their messy drama.

The Bachelorette season 13 is in its early stages but there are some clear frontrunners for Rachel's affection. Peter is on the top of nearly everyone's list, including Rachel, but he is not alone. Bryan has some intense physical chemistry with Rachel and is almost certainly a lock for fantasy suites with his strange kissing that involves his entire face. Will and Josiah are another two that are in the running. They have had relatively little screen time but have made the most of that time with Rachel.
Every season, no matter if it is The Bachelor or The Bachelorette, there is usually one contestant who sweeps in out of nowhere and charms the lead. In episode 3 of this season Rachel seemed to think that Alex could be the one to do it, even referring to him as a potential dark horse. The smart money is on another man who...

Oh Bachelor Nation, blessed are we. Tonight was week two of The Bachelorette, and it was most excellent.
You know it’s going to be a good episode when it opens with Rachel Lindsay hanging out with her adorable dog, Copper, who is the real Mvp this season. But the producers were truly smiling down upon us this week, because not only did Monday’s episode feature more Copper screen time than most contestants on night one, but it also featured our new favorite Bachelor super-fans, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, and, of course, the most glorious character assassination DeMario-got-caught-red-handed-with-his-pants-down moment of all time.
