"The rebels have hired the most expensive mercenaries out of Europe." Well Go USA has released the new trailer for the release of the epic action movie Wolf Warrior II from China. If you haven't seen the first Wolf Warrior, don't worry, this will be just as fun to watch no matter what. Wolf Warrior II is already the most successful film ever released in China, making over $800 million in that country alone. Wolf Warrior II (or Wolf Warrior 2) brings back Jing Wu, who stars and directs, as the "Wolf Warrior", China's deadliest Special Forces operative who must return to fight off mercenaries terrorizing innocent civilians. The cast includes Celina Jade, Gang Wu, Hans Zhang, Qian Yu, Nan Yu, Shanshan Chunyu, and Haifeng Ding. This looks like one of those action movies they don't make anymore, and I mean that in a good way. Here's the new official Us trailer...

Well Go USA is releasing Jing Wu's Wolf Warrior 2 on a same day and date release in North America and China on July 28th. They smacked some subtitles on a relatively fresh new trailer, a trailer that features more gun cocking, explosions and action than we thought was possible to squeeze into one minute and fifty seconds. Yet here we are. Bask in the orange glows of its pyrotechnics and absurd action sequences. It looks like it is going to be a silly, good time. The Wolf Warrior is back, bigger and badder than ever, in this action-packed sequel to the 2015 blockbuster hit. With his career in tatters, China’s deadliest Special Forces operative has settled into a quiet life on the sea....

Stars: Louis Koo, Ching Wan Lau, Eddie Peng, Jing Wu | Directed by Benny Chan
From traditional martial arts arse-kicking, to fast and furious swordplay, with wire work which does Not look fake and is used sparingly to emphasise the films fight scenes rather than be the centre of attention – unlike Crouching Tiger for example – Call of Heroes is a modern-day wuxia classic. And that’s even with it’s use of CGI (which does look a little out of place but it’s fleeting and forgivable).
Set in 1914 after the collapse of China’s Qing dynasty, Call of Heroes sees Yang Kenan (Sean Lau – Mad Detective) appointed as guardian to defend the rural village of Pucheng. When a lone man enters the village and takes innocents lives, Yang makes the decision that he must be sentenced to death. It emerges that this man is Cao Shaolun (Louis Koo – Flash Point), son of a sadistic warlord,...
